Regular reviews are essential to safely manage your diabetes, fine-tune your plan, and keep your technology optimized. As a general guide, routine reviews are recommended every 3 to 6 months, or sooner if you have recently started an insulin pump or new medication.
Please choose from the two booking options below based on your current needs:
Standard Review (30 mins) | $120
Best for routine 3-to-6-month check-ins, straightforward data downloads, or quick adjustments to your current management plan.
Extended Review (45 mins) | $150
Recommended if it has been over 6 months since your last visit, if you are experiencing frequent hypos/hypers, or if you need extra time to troubleshoot your pump or CGM technology.
Medicare Rebates: A valid GP Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDMP) is strictly required to claim a Medicare rebate. Without this active plan in place before your appointment, you cannot access the rebate.
